Sleeping Dogs Headlines PlayStation Plus In February

I’ll be completely honest with you, I was so wrong about PlayStation Plus. Having only recently subscribed, I can’t find a reason why I didn’t sooner. The discounts, free games and exclusive beta access, all for around R500 a year? It’s like Sony wants me to rip them off.

That said, and considering we have a weekly feature for Xbox LIVE deals, it’s only fair that PlayStation Plus gets the same treatment. Members can look forward to Sleeping Dogs, F1 Race Stars and Quantum Conundrum making themselves available for members to download, replacing BioShock 2, Ratchet & Clank: All 4 One, Cubixx HD, Jet Set Radio, and Pinball Arcade.

Additionally, Vita owners can look forward to Wipeout 2048 on February 13, as well Lumines Electronic Symphony on February 20. Considering how little selection there is on Sony’s flagship portable device, anything is better than nothing.

Sony will also offer a discount for those looking to add 90 days to their subscription, although you’ll have to wait and see by how much when it becomes available (straight currency conversions are rarely the same).

Not exactly the most compelling titles for the month of February, but Sleeping Dogs and Quantum Conundrum definitely deserve your attention if you missed them last year.
