This is just fucking unnecessary in the game. Who the fck needs this?
Ok, I just did it on PC.
You can hold up button to keep the yellow/green bar at it’s current position.
You can do one side at a time.
What I did was I focused on the right side (Arrow keys) while i kept W pressed.
Finally I got the bar all the way to the right side by only pressing -> when it blinked. Then I pressed ^ Arrowkey to keep it there.
Then I did the same for the other side.

Really awful mission. Turns out you just had to spam W and UP-arrow, then hit A and RIGHT-arrow now and then. Can’t fail and you dont even have to think what your doing just spam that W and UP…
I found the best way to do this is press ‘A’ twice then press ‘D’ once. While doing that also press ‘right arrow key’ twice then ‘left arrow key’ once. So with your left had its (A-A-D-A-A-D-A-A-D) then repeat till done. then with your right hand on the arrows keys its (Right-Right-Left-Right-Right-Left-Right-Right-Left) then repeat till done. You can either do both at the same time (arrow keys and A-D) or alternate them. Hope this everyone beat it fast. worked on my first try.

I got it by simply spamming w and up key and slow nudgeing a and right key its simples

after two hours of angry i get it. Keep holding the W key and UP arrow key and at first do only one side – press the left arrow or A key just in moment when an “arrow symbol” shows up over the button icon. When you get one side you can move for the next one
This is hardest mission in assassins creed series
Retarded Ubisoft, impossible on the PC

For the left side balance: A & D
For the right side balance: left & right
W, S, up & down are useless anyway, so no need to push these keys.

I think this quest is bugged in my pc. the guy on the right doesn’t even move, also those bars doesn’t even move at all.
No need for pressing repeatedly.
You HOLD the keys “W” and “UP”. When you see the bars calming you slightly press “A” and “RIGHT” to move them away. No rush, take your time, you will brake them and your fingers will be ok. :p
